Missouri Supreme Court issues Formal Opinion 124 addressing Collaborative Law

On August 20, 2008, the Advisory Committee of the Missouri Supreme Court issued Formal Opinion 124 which finds that the withdrawal provision for collaborative attorneys is not unethical, so long as there is informed consent by the client pursuant to Rule 4-1.0 (e).
